Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of hotels/ airlines or ground transport are subject to the country/ state of booking and the cancellation policy of the service supplier i.e. hotel, airline or ground transporter provider concerned. For more details on the cancellation/refund policy of any particular booking, kindly contact your Jetways Travels point of contact.

Depending upon the number of days to the day of travel, cancellation charges might be applicable. Charges vary in proportion to the number of days before the day of travel. An additional convenience fee of INR 500 will be levied by Jetways Travels over and above the cancellation fee charged by the supplier.

For domestic flights, cancellations of a flight just 4 hours prior to departure needs to be made directly with the airline. In case of cancellations done directly with the airline (Domestic or International), a copy of the cancellation request with the following details needs to be submitted to Jetways Travels as well, for synchronization of records and facilitation of refunds if any. The details required are:

  • Ticket Number
  • PNR Number
  • Passenger Names as on the Ticket and
  • Cancellation-request reference number (as provided by the airline)

Refund Policy

Any refunds will be reflected in the account through which the transaction was initially done. In case of tickets cancelled directly with the airline, a copy of the cancellation request with the cancellation-request reference number needs to be submitted to Jetways Travels as well, for synchronization of records and facilitation of refunds if any.
