Once an existing travel program has been assessed for shortcomings and requirements analyzed Jetways Travels takes on the task of devising a suitable travel management strategy - this phase is the third step of the Program Optimization service at Jetways Travels. All facts, reports and data from the existing travel program are analyzed at depth before an Optimization Strategy with focus on minimizing overall travel expenditure and maximizing traveller satisfaction is developed to enhance the travel program.
